Les trois amendements se lisent comme suit:
1. That the following text be added to section 5a of the bylaws:
If a Board member is elected to the office of President or Vice-President in the last year of their ten-year term as a Board member, said Board member would be permitted to defer their one-year mandatory departure from the Board for one year, thus allowing said Board member to serve their full two-year term as President or Vice-President.
2. That the following text be added to section 5g of the bylaws:
Three such officers, designated as divisional directors, oversee the Administrative division, the Conservation division and the Education/Outreach division and the committees that fall under each division’s jurisdiction. These officers are current members of the Board of Directors.
3. That the words “… and the chair or one of the co-chairs of each committee must be a member of the Board of Directors.” be removed from section 6 of the bylaws and replaced by the following sentence:
The committee chair need not necessarily be a member of the Board of Directors. However, in a case where a committee chair is not a member of the Board of Directors, then the head of the BPQ division to which the committee reports would hold the position of co-chair of said committee.
